Our Dentists

Dr. Alexandra Ilchenko

General Dentist

Dr. Alexandra Ilchenko came to Canada at the age of 13 from Uzbekistan.

She graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Biology and Psychology. Following that, she obtained her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Western Ontario in 2011.

Dr. Ilchenko's main goal is to provide her patients with the highest quality dental care while ensuring their utmost comfort during the procedure. Alexandra is very excited to be a part of the team at Campbell dentistry.

She is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Academy of General Dentistry and is an Invisalign® Provider.

In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys being outdoors, travelling, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Melissa Goodman

Periodontist

Dr. Melissa Goodman graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 2006. Upon graduation, she was selected to participate in a one year residency at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto where she performed all aspects of dentistry, with an emphasis on patients with complex medical problems. Dr. Goodman continued training at New York University in New York City, where she earned a specialty certificate in periodontics and implant surgery. (Her high standing there won her the clinical award for excellence in postgraduate periodontics.) She is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Dr. Goodman is an active member of various dental organizations including the Ontario Dental Association, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, and continues learning about dentistry on a regular basis at continuing education courses. In addition, she is the staff periodontist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and an Associate in Dentistry at the University of Toronto where she enjoys interacting with 4th year dental students as a clinical instructor.

Dr. Goodman makes every effort to provide gentle and caring periodontal services and looks forward to making her patients feel as comfortable as possible during their visit.
Dr. Robert Campbell

General Dentist

Dr. Robert Campbell obtained his D.D.S. from the University of Western Ontario in 1982. Since then, he has strived to provide patient care in a warm and comfortable environment.

Dr. Campbell enjoyed many wonderful years of patient care in Oshawa operating a successful general dentistry practice from 1982 to 2010. Bowmanville has been home to Dr. Campbell and his family for 15 years. When a beautiful century building in historic downtown Bowmanville became available, he jumped at the opportunity and moved his practice. The new location is equipped with a range of dental technology and equipment and our staff continues to strive to provide the old-fashioned customer service that Dr. Campbell has become known for.

We are now grateful to be enjoying the patronage of Dr. Campbell's long-time Oshawa and Bowmanville patients as well as greeting newcomers in this fast-growing community.

Dr. Campbell's other interests include health and fitness, MotoGP, sailing, skiing and snowboarding, aviation, music and literature.
